Web Hosting Service Level Agreements

In this paper we propose a model for measuring the quality of service (QoS) in a Web-hosting facility. We assume that there is an agreement between the provider and di.erent clients regarding the price of di.erent levels of service, known as service level agreement (SLA). The clients can range from small companies to large corporations. We assume that the Web-hosting facility is composed of a load-dispatcher and a .nite number of Web-servers.
