Analysis Framework of Complex Service Performance for Electronic Commerce

Electronic commerce systems currently focus on and provide sales and payment. This contribution adds another dimension: the customer's control of a purchased service. Today's business process modelling approaches do not provide adequate abstractions of the concept ``service''. This paper proposes a framework to represent and analyse complex services performed by one organisation for another. With this approach, automation of service delivery can be planned and its efficiency increased.
