The purpose of this report is to develop mathematical model of traffic to simulate various type of real traffic. I study mathematical properties of simple and compound micro models, which are probabilistic algorithms for generating a time sequence. Actually we can develop a great many number of different micro models. A good model is simple but sufficiently flexible to reproduce a variety of real Internet traffic with accountable parameters. Therefore, the analysis of the real traffic data is essential. However, in this report, I focus on mathematical formulation for micro model.
