This paper discusses Tripod, a tool that helps enterprise employees quickly find answers to questions relevant to the task at hand, as well as collaborate around the content or questions. Our approach was to create a lightweight and intuitive search tool that aggregates several web services and returns relevant results along three main axes: people, information, and learning.
