This paper provides a comprehensive framework for supporting sculptured solids in dual (Brep, CSG) representation schemes using low degreee algebraic patches in the Bernstein-Bezier form. Polyhedral smoothing for constructing the Brep required the satisfaction of several constraints. These are tied intricately to CSG computation, even during shape control operations. We introduce a general orientation consistency condition that defines the limits within which this framework supports bilateral Brep-CSG representations of such solids.
